1. Introduction

Welcome to our Luxury Transportation Services. By booking a vehicle or service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We highly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle. A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

We understand that plans can change. Please adhere to our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur no charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• "No-shows" will be charged the full estimated amount of the trip.

4. Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Damage

Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. The client is fully responsible for any physical damage to the vehicle interior or exterior caused by them or their party during the rental period. A cleaning fee will be applied for excessive mess or spills.

5. Liability

We are not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen road closures. We do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle.
